I have experience on a variety of Boards and specialise in doing confidential reviews of Board performance.

Locum

It’s hard for arts managers to take leave, get refreshed, undertake training. I can travel and take on short to medium locum stints with arts and cultural organisations.

Organisations

Sometimes it’s good to have an outsider review an organisation’s structures, policies, positions, morale, culture, board and management. I can bring years of experience to such reviews and do them in a timely and cost effective way.

Training

I can teach a range of arts management topics including leadership, people management, board management and strategic planning either as one off lecturers, seminars or within academic frameworks.

Planning

Capturing the real vision of an organisation and turning such vision into a practical business plan in a consultative process can provide an organisation with a fresh start. I have the communication skills and strategic planning experience to help organisations plan.

Services

All quotes will be made on a project by project basis after an initial free consultation and will be made on an hourly or fee basis. Incidental costs such as travel and accommodation are charged an cost plus a small mark up unless the client makes the arrangements. Other incidentals and living expenses are covered by an agreed per diem when working away from home.
